FATES WARNING: A PLEASANT SHADE OF GRAY

Early spring of 1997 Ioannis and Jim Matheos met as the band entered the studio to record their latest album. Entitled A PLEASANT SHADE OF GRAY and produced by veteran producer extraordinaire Terry Brown of RUSH fame.

Ioannis had last worked with FATES WARNING almost a decade ago creating the artwork for their classic album AWAKEN THE GUARDIAN. He showed Matheos a series of digital pieces he had been working on, and Jim felt they would work well for the bands upcoming album. Thus the artwork for A PLEASANT SHADE OF GRAY was born in what would soon become another fan favorite for FATES fans.

To commemorate the upcoming remastered special edition album, Ioannis has created fifty (50) high-end prints measuring 16" X 20" unframed. Each of the prints are printed in archival inks on high end canvas paper, and is signed and numbered by Ioannis.

This special edition will be limited to these fifty (50) pieces and not reproduced again. A unique collectable that is certain to gain value in time.
