Ioannis : I started the conversation about this artwork with Mick, and Phil from the band plus a good amount of input from their new manager Martin Darvil. The original concept was for a follow up to the Asian theme we had started on Wake The Sleeper, however at Phil's suggestion we went for more of an English feel as it was the bands 40th anniversary. The art took shape over a period of three weeks originally inspired by an earlier illustration I had done back in 2006. It is being reproduced as a poster, t-shirts and stage props , including a very limited edition signed print.
